Here is the Tibi Fall Winter 2014 Ready To Wear collection which walked a little while ago during New York Fashion Week. Amy Smilovic was inspired by the Amish and pastoral lifestyles, which showed through in her designs. She had been questioning how their clothes would translate into a modern urban environment and the answer was what we see here. Quite inventive!
The main colour schemes for the Tibi Fall Winter 2014 show were blues and greys, but there were some white and black pieces mixed in with some camel too. Coats played a huge role as well, in felt and fleece combinations with wool, fuzzy belted mohair and more! The knitwear was also pretty cool, appearing to be quite long and baggy, layered underneath oversized scarves which swept to the floor, much like caftans. It was definitely a very interesting show! What did you think of it?
