Organic Coconut And Lemon Home Made Beauty Treatments

Fruits such as coconuts and lemon are of an extremely high importance to fashion and beauty, but nowadays are neglected for other beauty products with many chemicals that can harm the bodies metabolism. So, with that in mind, I will show you the various ways to use these fruits to make harmless beauty products.

Coconuts are mainly used in the aspect of beauty in the form of oil and the oil is called, quite literally, coconut oil. Coconut oil is an edible oil from the meat of a matured coconut, therefore as it’s natural, it shows it is not harmful because most beauty products penetrate the skin. Coconut oil can be found commercially, unfortunately with extra chemicals added in, but for full results I advise you to make virgin coconut oil (see my tips on how here).

On the other hand, lemon is a citrus fruit which contains carboxylic acid and a good fragrance. Lemons are not yet used to their highest capacity as they are used most of the times only for their scent, which I showed how to do in one of my articles, but lemon can also be used in skin lightening, manicures, teeth whitening, slimming down and more. So, with all these uses you should ensure that you use lemon fruit to the fullest. Here are a few tips on treatments below.

How to use coconut oil for a fresher and smoother face

Coconut oil should be microwaved until it melts then take 2 table spoons of the oil and rub on your face and leave for 20 minutes. The effect is great when you use it constantly for a month. But some people are allergic so I advise you apply a small amount to check if you are allergic before making full use of it.

How to use lemon for a fairer face

Lemon juice diluted with warm water should be put in a spray bottle and sprayed on the body, roughly 3 times a week constantly, but must be used with a moisturizer and when in use, avoid contact with sunlight as lemon juice is highly dehydrating. If the following instructions are strictly adhered to, your skin will turn as fair and fresh as when you were a baby. It also helps to fade marks and discoloration.
