Liz Earle Skin Care – My Must Haves

I have loved Liz Earle probably since its launch in 1995.  I have tried other brands and products in between but always, always go back to Liz Earle. Receiving a package from Liz Earle is like Christmas for me, several times a year, ha ha. Plus, they are so kind and generous they always pop a sample size of something in for you to try. It is always beautifully wrapped and smells wonderful. I thought it might be nice to share with you my absolute must haves for myself from her collection. These would have to be:

Cleanse & Polish which is £14.75 for a 100ml starter kit and includes the muslin cloth. It removes all traces of make-up, dirt, and oil, and after using this, your skin absolutely glows and is so soft. Use with the muslin cloth rinsed in hot water.

Instant Boost Skin Tonic which is £13.25 200ml. Sweep this over your face with a cotton wool pad after Cleanse & Polish, it’s non-drying, it soothes and tones the skin and has a heavenly floral scent, another staple I cannot live without.

Skin Repair Moisturiser comes in a 50ml Jar or Tube for £19.25.  I use this in normal/combination most of the time, but in winter I also use the dry sensitive as I feel it just gives a bit more moisturisation to the skin in the drying cold months. This not only soothes and hydrates the skin, it gives such a radiant glow that your skin looks extremely healthy. It is rich in natural actives including borage oil, and contains natural antioxidants beta-carotene and vitamin E. You massage into your face and neck morning and night after Instant Boost Skin Tonic. In my experience of using these 3 products together daily, I saw definite results within the first use and after the first 7 days my skin was definitely soft and had a clear glowing look to it.

I also use some other products from Liz Earle to boost and exfoliate my skin, which you can see below:

Liz Earle Brightening Treatment comes in a 50ml tube for £14.75 and also comes with a muslin cloth. This is a fast acting mask that brightens the skin with visible results. It can be left on from 2-10 minutes depending on your time schedule and wipes off with the muslin cloth soaked in warm water. I use this personally 3 times a week, or sometimes for a quick boost I mix it with my Cleanse & Polish.

Liz Earle Gentle Face Exfoliator  comes in a 70ml Pump for £14. This I find excellent for little dry patches that I get around the corners of my nose and for helping to clear any blackheads and mild acne. It really does exfoliate gently yet efficiently for clear radiant skin. It is not at all drying, and the smell again is wonderful.

Intensive Nourishing Treatment Mask is £14.75 for 50ml. An absolutely indulgent treatment that seriously makes you feel like you have been to the Spa. It is a creamy mask, perfect if your skin is feeling parched, stressed or a bit over sensitive. It has West African Shea, and Borage Seed Oil to enhance the skins natural barrier. I apply a good layer onto my clean skin and leave for 10-15 minutes, then wash off with the muslin cloth soaked in warm water. A definite must have treatment that I use a couple of times a week.

Superskin Concentrate comes in a 28ml Bottle for £40.50, or you can get the 10ml roller ball which I personally love for £20. This is an intense aromatic blend of 100% pure plant oils, it is rich and is a wonderful night time treat. I use the roller ball because I feel it gives my face a nice massage at the same time. The smell of this is divine, I frequently use it under my Skin Repair Moisturiser at night. It sinks into the skin to give a wonderful glow.

Around the clock eye care duo for £28. Liz Earle Daily Eye Repair & Liz Earle Smoothing Line Serum both help to keep this fragile area smooth and supple. They contain naturally active ingredients including Borage Oil, Echinacea, and Grapeseed Extract.  In the morning gently pat a small dot of the Daily Eye Repair around the eye area, I also use this around my lips as well. It brigtens the eye area with light reflecting particles too. In the evening I use the Smoothing Line Serum, which is oil free, and helps to plump out the lines around the eyes, forhead, lips and decolette. It’s made from potent botanical ingredients and it just glides on the skin and sinks in.

I also use a body treatment from Liz Earle, in fact I use all of her products, ha ha…

Liz Earle Energising Hip & Thigh Gel which comes in a 150ml Tube for £18.25. This has got 15 invigorating naturally active ingredients including ginko biloba, ivy, caffeine, horse chestnut, and butcher’s broom. I use this morning and nightime on area’s that concern me, like the thighs, and I even use this on the top of my bustline. It is really cool and refreshing and you actually feel it working. In the really hot weather, I have also put this around my ankles as I sometimes can retain a small amount of water there, so this really helps with that as well.

Liz Earle’s products I personally feel are amazing. I never ever tire of using them, in fact it is an absolute pleasure.  I look forward to washing my make-up off because of her products. My skin always looks refreshed in the morning. She does so many other items including a make-up range as well. I cannot shout loud enough about how I feel towards this range. I hope you all enjoy it as much as I have and will continue to do so.
